Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for United States orders
No returns accepted for international orders. All international sales are final.
- Contact us requesting a return (RMA) within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order # or Name of the person who placed the order.
- Items returned with out a prior RMA, are subject to a 100% restocking fee.
- If you received an item damaged, let us know that in your request, do not send back any broken glass with any specific instructions to do so.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit. If sent back, these items will not be refunded or returned back to the customer.
- We reserve the right not to refund, or to add any restocking fee for any reason.
- Items eligible for return must be in their original unused condition, along with tags and original individual packaging.
- All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item is defective, or the return is due to a fulfillment error.
- We will not take responsibility for items returned to us that are lost, sent to the wrong address, or from a mail carrier that you are unable to track the shipment.
- Please email us to customerservice@ohBulbs.com to get your return instructions. Please add in the subject your order number or the name of the person the order was placed under.
- We do not refund any form of paid shipping. We refund the product cost only.
- We do not offer any Exchanges, if you ordered a wrong item, you can send that back for a refund and place a new order for the correct items. Our customer service team is always here to help you find the right product before you place any order.
