  • To be used as a cleaner and disinfectant in general purpose cleaning and disinfecting applications
  • Use on non-food contact surfaces such as washable, hard non-porous surfaces including Steel, Stainless Steel, Plastic and other Non-Porous Surfaces. 
  • Applications include: Exhaust Fans, Refrigerated Storage and Display Equipment, Coils, Drain Pans, Refrigeration Equipment, Heat Pumps etc


    Directions It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. DISINFECTION IN NON-MEDICAL FACILITIES: This product is bactericidal according to the AOAC Use Dilution Test method on hard inanimate surfaces and a 10-minutes contact time against the following organisms: Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus. DISINFECTION/FUNGICIDAL DIRECTIONS: Apply this product to hard, inanimate, non-porous surfaces with a cloth, mop or mechanical spray device. For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required. When applied with a mechanical spray device, surfaces must be sprayed until thoroughly wetted. For sprayer applications, use a coarse pump or trigger sprayer. Spray 6-8 inches from surface and rub with brush, sponge or cloth. Do not breathe spray. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Note: With spray applications cover or remove all food products. MOLD AND MILDEW CONTROL DIRECTIONS: This product will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew, Aspergillus niger and their odors on hard, nonporous surfaces. To control the growth of mold and mildew and their odors on hard, non-porous surfaces, apply this product undiluted. Thoroughly wet all treated surfaces completely. Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes. Let surface air dry. Repeat application weekly or when growth or odor reappears. TO SANITIZE: Apply undiluted solution to hard, inanimate, non-porous surfaces, thoroughly wetting surfaces as required with a brush, cloth, mop, sponge or mechanical spray device or by immersion. For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required. For sprayer applications, use a coarse spray device. Spray 6-8 inches from surface. Rub with brush, sponge, mop or cloth. Do not breathe spray. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then wipe. Allow to air dry. Replace product if it becomes visibly dirty. Note: With spray applications cover or remove all food products.
